Customer Service Representative
Credex has been supporting customers across South Florida for over 17 years, and they are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. The role involves answering inbound calls, assisting with payment reminders, guiding customers through the loan process, and collaborating with the team to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls from current customers with questions or concerns
Make outbound calls to assist with payment reminders and follow-ups
Help guide customers through their loan process with empathy and efficiency
Maintain accurate records and help troubleshoot any system or CRM issues
Support day-to-day admin tasks like file closing, title handling, and registration checks
Collaborate with the team to keep everything running smoothly
Follow up with potential customers to move them forward in the process
Qualification
Required
Fluency in English and Spanish is Essential
Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish
Comfortable using CRM systems (experience is a plus)
Great communication and active listening skills
Positive, team-first mindset
Ability to multitask and stay organized
Self-motivated and detail-oriented
