Responsibilities

Drive the operational and business functions of the content and thought leadership team, including tracking and reporting on metrics and driving process improvements to improve clarity, speed, and quality
Build strong collaborative partnerships across FCFE teams to ensure consistently high quality, timely, and high-impact work
Facilitate connection and clarity through a deep commitment to interpersonal dialogue and an ability to tailor communication to all levels of the organization across formal, informal, and written forms
Manage intake, prioritize requests, schedule tasks, optimize workflows, document processes, and implement tools for collaboration
Identify and integrate tools (e.g., project management platforms) to improve team efficiency and collaboration
Implement and maintain documentation of operational processes, guidelines, and standard methodologies
Translate business initiatives into creative plans, ensuring alignment with brand business goals, and learning objectives
