Responsibilities

Collaborate effectively with Hiring Managers and key stakeholders to understand business needs and calibrate on ideal candidates
Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier candidates
Manage the entire recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and negotiating offers
Deliver an outstanding candidate experience through clear and timely communication, ongoing engagement, and positive representation of CareDx
Cultivate and maintain extensive talent networks to build a robust pipeline of high-quality candidates
Serve as a trusted talent advisor to leadership, offering critical insights and guidance on hiring decisions
Ensure data integrity within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to maintain accurate and reliable information

Required

BA/BS degree and 8+ years of talent acquisition experience, with strong sourcing background
Prior experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, medical device, life sciences, or gene or cell therapy sectors
Experience recruiting and sourcing for various roles, including leadership positions
A proven track record of successfully filling a variety of roles in a fast-paced environment; ability to manage significant requisition loads
Expertise in developing and maintaining strong pipelines for current and future openings, using sourcing channels and tools
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and the latest recruiting tools and platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter. Experience with Greenhouse ATS is a plus
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to build rapport with stakeholders. Experience facilitating interviewer training is a plus
Ability to establish trust with candidates and hiring teams
