This entry-level role involves supporting the team with administrative tasks, financial analysis, and underwriting simpler loan products, all under the guidance of senior analysts.

Responsibilities

Assisting with ordering appraisals, inspections, and uploading financial statements

Spreading borrower financials and supporting basic analysis with guidance

Helping underwrite straightforward products such as residential construction and IRA loans

Supporting senior analysts on portions of less complex CRE transactions

Collecting documentation and assisting with QC, audits, exams, and pipeline monitoring

Required

A bachelor's degree is preferred, ideally in business, finance, accounting, or a related field

1–4 years of experience in credit, lending, real estate, or similar analytical work

Ability to learn quickly, adapt to changing priorities, and provide excellent internal customer service

Credit and background checks will be required
