Customer Service Representative
EnPro Industries is a leading industrial technology company in the semiconductor industry, seeking a Customer Service Representative. The role involves tracking customer orders, collecting feedback for improvements, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues.

Works with customers to track the status of their orders and manages expectations
Collects feedback and makes recommendations for improvement
Provide quote and reports to customers
Work with internal team to drive issues to resolutions
Maestro of online systems and processes, building data to guide good decisions

Qualification
Required
Prefer you to have associate or bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of fast paced detailed people servicing experience
Must have demonstrated ability in following instructions, be highly detail oriented and have excellent communication skills
Must have pride in his or her work, be self driven and have a keen quality orientation
Preferred
A working knowledge of chemistry and clean room environment is a plus
