Architectural Designer

They are seeking a detail-oriented and passionate Architectural Designer to assist with site and space planning, prepare design presentations, and produce architectural documents for construction projects.

Design

Responsibilities

Assist with site and space planning for construction project managers
Research building codes, local zoning, and business park covenants
Prepare presentation drawings, diagrams, and renderings to clearly convey design ideas
Review project scope with construction project managers
Produce architectural documents for permit submittal and construction
Review and coordinate construction documents with construction project managers and consultants
Develop preliminary designs into construction documents

Qualification

RevitConstruction drawingsAutoCADLumion/SketchupPresentation drawingsStandard office software

Required

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field, plus 0-3 years of relevant experience
Revit experience is required
Ability to develop presentation drawings (colored site plan and elevations) required
Experience producing construction drawings is required

Preferred

Standard office software (Photoshop, Word, etc.) experience preferred
AutoCAD and Lumion/Sketchup experience preferred
