Talent Acquisition Coordinator
WorkGenius Group is in the entertainment industry and is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator. The role involves scheduling a high volume of interviews, coordinating with hiring managers and recruiters, and supporting onboarding activities.

Responsibilities
Schedule a high volume of interviews (approximately 35–70 per week), including panel interviews and candidate travel arrangements
Coordinate with hiring managers, recruiters, and interviewers to align availability and ensure a smooth interview process
Reserve conference rooms and send timely confirmation and logistics emails to candidates
Support onboarding activities, including orientation scheduling, background check coordination, and fingerprint scheduling for Florida-based backgrounds
Manage and update job postings within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Workday
Qualification
Required
2–3 years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or in a similar fast-paced administrative or HR support role
Strong scheduling and calendar management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple Outlook calendars and shifting priorities
Customer-service mindset with a commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience
High attention to detail and the ability to spot errors or inconsistencies
Creative problem-solving skills to navigate scheduling conflicts and last-minute changes
