Test Engineer II
Battelle delivers critical services through research and development, and they are seeking a Test Engineer II for their Infrastructure Security & Protection Division. The role involves supporting Developmental Test & Evaluation for the On-Person Screening program, including system testing and data analysis.

Responsibilities
Support system testing, collecting test data, and scoring of results
Support maintenance of application specific software to improve test efficiency, quality assurance and/or ease of operation
Assist test subject, i.e. mock passengers to ensure proper test case execution
Support test planning, data analysis and reporting
Qualification
Required
Successful completion of study from an accredited college or university leading to a bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Physics, Engineering or Computer Science and at least 2 years of relevant experience, or a master's degree
Candidate should have strong oral and written communication skills
Candidate should be highly motivated and self-starters with a strong desire to learn
Sole US Citizenship with eligibility and willingness to obtain and maintain a DOD Secret Security Clearance and to obtain DHS Suitability
Preferred
Successful completion of study from an accredited college or university leading to a bachelor's degree in engineering and at least 3 years of relevant experience, or a master's degree in engineering
Knowledge and experience in test planning, instrumentation, set up, operation, conduct, analysis, and reporting
Knowledge and experience in developing and configuring data automation tools such as database systems
Prior experience working for TSA or DHS
Active DoD Secret security clearance
