Client Service Associate
Fire Capital Management is a boutique wealth management firm serving high-net-worth individuals, families, and private foundations. They are seeking a Client Service Associate to support client service and operational excellence, with opportunities to grow into investment responsibilities over time.

Responsibilities
Prepare client meeting materials, reports, and presentation decks
Draft and coordinate client communications with a high level of professionalism and polish
Track follow-ups and ensure client requests are handled accurately and on time
Support the delivery of a proactive, high-quality client experience
Process cash transfers, wires, and money movement with precision and care
Support account openings, onboarding, and account maintenance workflows
Work directly with Schwab service teams to resolve requests and ensure timely execution
Maintain excellent documentation and compliance standards
Keep internal workflows organized and moving efficiently
Track tasks, deadlines, and priorities with strong attention to detail
Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce friction, and elevate client service
Take ownership of responsibilities and follow through without requiring close supervision
Qualification
Required
2–4 years of professional experience in wealth management, RIA operations, private banking, or a similar client service focused finance role
Experience handling account openings, money movement, and custodian workflows
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Bachelor's degree required
Interest in pursuing the CFA or CFP designation over time
Exceptional attention to detail and a high standard for accuracy
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High level of discretion and emotional intelligence
Professional maturity, sound judgment, and accountability
Proactive and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
Intellectual curiosity and a desire to grow into investment responsibilities
Upholds high ethical standards and demonstrates professionalism in all fiduciary responsibilities
Personable and committed to delivering excellent client service
Preferred
Experience working with Schwab Advisor Center strongly preferred
Familiarity with Addepar is a plus (or the ability to learn similar systems quickly)
