Inside Sales Representative
CopperSmith® is the world’s finest purveyor of custom metalwork products, and they are seeking a detail-oriented Inside Sales Consultant. This role manages the full sales cycle, converting inbound demand into closed sales while ensuring a premium customer experience.

Responsibilities
Responds promptly and professionally to inbound phone, email, and web inquiries
Qualifies customer needs and recommends appropriate products, finishes, and custom options
Prepares accurate quotes, guides customers through the ordering process, and closes sales
Represents CopperSmith’s craftsmanship, quality, and premium brand values in every interaction
Maintains accurate customer records and pipeline activity within the CRM
Collaborates with engineering, production, and customer experience teams to ensure smooth order handoff
Supports trade and B2B clients with detailed product knowledge and project coordination
Consistently achieves monthly and quarterly sales targets
Manages multiple inbound opportunities efficiently using a structured sales process
Demonstrates high attention to detail, follow-through, and ownership
Qualification
Required
2–5+ years of experience in inside sales, inbound sales, customer service, or consultative selling roles
Strong communication skills with the ability to understand and explain technical or custom product details
Comfortable using CRM systems and digital sales tools
Positive vibes, customer-first mindset, and pride in representing a premium brand
