Responsibilities
Identify and prioritize critical business functions in collaboration with organizational stakeholders
Conduct security architecture reviews to identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities
Develop and document security risk management and mitigation strategies
Evaluate proposed and existing security architectures to ensure alignment with enterprise requirements
Determine system and network protection needs and document required security controls
Map system configurations to established security policy and compliance controls
Collaborate with Information Security Engineers and System Administrators to gather environment data
Produce governance, standards, and architecture documentation for security tools and services
Communicate complex security concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
Qualification
Required
5+ years of hands-on experience with security technologies (e.g., SIEM, DLP, IAM, Cloud Security)
5+ years of overall experience in information security, with a focus on security architecture
Proven ability to design resilient, dependable security systems and evaluate operational impacts
Strong ability to map system configuration details to security policy and control frameworks
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred
3+ years of experience using documentation tools such as Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, and Confluence
3+ years of strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
3+ years of experience leading or supporting cross-functional initiatives or projects
Relevant security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CCSP
