Responsibilities
Assist with preparation for study visits, including room setup, supplies, and documentation
Support CRCs with source document creation, filing, and organization of study materials
Help maintain regulatory binders and essential documents under supervision
Greet and check in study participants
Assist with scheduling study visits and follow-up calls
Support CRCs during visits by preparing materials, escorting participants, and documenting non-clinical information
Enter data into EDC systems accurately and in a timely manner
Maintain logs, trackers, and study spreadsheets
Assist with reconciling lab kits, supplies, and investigational product inventories
Prepare and ship laboratory specimens following protocol and training
Maintain cleanliness and organization of exam rooms, lab areas, and storage spaces
Support recruitment activities, including outreach, pre-screening calls, and community engagement tasks as assigned
Qualification
Required
Mid-level experience in clinical research or related field
Ability to assist with study operations and patient coordination
Proficiency in data entry and maintaining documentation
Strong organizational skills for managing study materials and regulatory binders
Ability to greet and check in study participants
Experience with scheduling and follow-up calls
Ability to prepare materials and document non-clinical information during visits
Familiarity with EDC systems for data entry
Ability to maintain logs, trackers, and study spreadsheets
Experience in preparing and shipping laboratory specimens
Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization of exam rooms and lab areas
Willingness to support recruitment activities and community engagement tasks
Flexibility for early-morning or late-day study visits
Comfortable handling biological specimens in a clinical environment
