Responsibilities
Develop, manage, and maintain detailed, integrated project schedules for major expansion projects
Monitor schedule progress, identify risks and delays, and provide mitigation strategies
Serve as the primary owner and point of contact for all Primavera P6 scheduling activities
Coordinate closely with project managers, engineers, construction teams, and stakeholders to ensure schedule alignment
Support project planning, forecasting, and progress reporting for executive and project leadership
Maintain schedule integrity and ensure accurate tracking of milestones and deliverables
Support organizational and project management activities to keep the expansion plan on schedule
Work within a regulated environment while ensuring compliance with internal project controls and standards
Qualification
Required
10+ years of project scheduling experience within the pharmaceutical industry
Proven expertise using Primavera P6 scheduling software
Experience supporting large-scale capital expansion projects valued at $300–$400 million
Strong understanding of construction sequencing and large-project execution
Experience working in chemical manufacturing or chemical management plant environments
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
