Responsibilities
Partner with Creative Directors and Designers to develop concepts, storyboards, and 3D renders for presentations, events, windows, and in-store visual elements
Translate creative direction into tangible design deliverables that support brand storytelling
Maintain consistency of brand voice, aesthetics, and experience across all initiatives
Oversee multiple projects from concept to completion, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards, timelines, and budgets
Act as the main point of contact for assigned projects, facilitating clear communication between creative teams, marketing, production, and external consultants
Qualification
Required
1-3 years' experience in retail project design
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
Project Management experience, including budgets, schedules, and vendor management
Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Merchandising, Marketing, Project Management, or related field
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly to diverse audiences
