Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and validate business and technical requirements across Integration Services
Translate stakeholder needs into clear, structured requirements
Support task decomposition (LOE inputs, dependencies, sequencing) for scheduling and operational planning
Conduct workflow analysis to identify bottlenecks and ensure requirements align with technical paths
Document requirements, meeting outcomes, action items, and technical alignment decisions
Maintain accurate, organized repositories for requirements, risks, and operational artifacts
Prepare executive-ready summaries and analytical briefs for PMO and leadership
Facilitate stakeholder reviews and support technical discussions to maintain alignment

Required

4+ years of experience Bachelor's degree in business, IS/IT, Engineering, or related field, or relevant experience. Additional experience may be accepted in lieu of degree
2+ years in business analysis, technical coordination, or operations
Must hold an active US Secret clearance
Strong skills in requirement gathering, data analysis, and documentation
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), SharePoint, and Teams
Experience synthesizing data into actionable insights
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred

Experience in IT integration, telecommunications, networking, or government programs
Familiarity with node/circuit workflows, or integration, testing and acceptance readiness
Knowledge of MS Project or schedule-driven environments
Certifications: CBAP, PMI-PBA, CAPM, PMP, ITIL, Lean Six Sigma
Experience facilitating cross-functional meetings and technical alignment sessions
