Responsibilities
Advise executive leadership on enterprise-level strategic priorities and emerging opportunities
Conduct market, financial, operational, and competitive analyses to inform decision-making
Develop business cases, strategic frameworks, and scenario analysis for new initiatives
Lead or support the design and rollout of cross-functional strategic initiatives
Translate strategic objectives into clear goals, milestones, and performance metrics
Monitor initiative progress, risks, and outcomes; recommend course corrections as needed
Collaborate with internal leaders and external partners to align priorities and resources
Facilitate executive meetings, workshops, and strategy sessions
Prepare executive-level presentations, briefings, and decision memos
Define KPIs and success metrics for strategic initiatives
Track results and report progress to leadership
Support change management efforts to ensure adoption and sustainability
Identify process improvements and organizational efficiencies
Stay informed on industry trends, best practices, and innovative approaches
Provide thought leadership on strategic, operational, and organizational issues

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, Economics, Public Policy, or a related field
7+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, corporate development, or a related role
Demonstrated experience supporting senior or executive leadership
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
DoD Secret or higher security clearance, or the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance
U.S. Citizenship is required
As a condition of employment, must pass a pre-employment drug screening, as well as have acceptable reference and background check results
Preferred
Master's degree (MBA, MPA, or similar)
Experience in management consulting or enterprise strategy roles
