Marketing Manager (6-month contract)
Zitcha is a global unified retail media platform that helps enterprise retailers manage retail media across various channels. They are seeking a Marketing Manager to oversee the execution of global marketing programs during a 6-month parental leave, focusing on coordination and performance oversight while collaborating with various teams.

Responsibilities
Oversee delivery of existing global marketing plans and priorities
Coordinate demand generation and ABM activity across paid, organic, partners, and events
Monitor campaign performance and make practical optimisations
Support content, messaging, and campaign rollout alongside Product Marketing
Help manage events, partnerships, and PR activity
Review reporting and results against agreed KPIs and budget
Coordinate a small internal and freelance marketing team
Communicate clearly and proactively with stakeholders to keep work moving
Qualification
Required
5–8+ years' experience in B2B SaaS marketing
Experience supporting or managing demand generation programs
Comfortable working with HubSpot for campaigns and reporting
Experience working across multiple regions or stakeholders
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proactive communicator who works well as part of a team
Confident managing priorities without needing constant direction
Preferred
Experience in retail media, adtech, or martech
Experience working in a global role
