Responsibilities
Define and implement advanced test strategies, frameworks, and methodologies
Lead development and scaling of automation frameworks. Integrate with CI/CD pipelines
Conduct advanced performance, security, and accessibility testing
Mentor and coach junior and mid-level QA team members. Provide technical guidance
Collaborate with engineering, UX, and product stakeholders to ensure high-quality delivery
Lead defect management processes and ensure enterprise-level tracking/reporting
Drive continuous QA process improvements and innovation
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field preferred
5+ years of progressive QA Experience, including leadership of test automation and strategy preferred
Strong problem-solving skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent communication abilities
Preferred
Agile/Scrum Product Owner or ScrumMaster Certification preferred
