Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and internal teams, delivering top-tier treasury product marketing and technical expertise
Onboard business clients and ensure seamless implementation of treasury management products and services
Support clients with opening business accounts, account inquiries, online banking, ACH, remote deposit capture, and other treasury tools
Collaborate with bankers and internal teams to design and present commercial banking solutions
Create proposals and respond to RFPs to win new business
Drive business development through proactive prospecting and cross-selling treasury products, including active involvement in the local community in partnership with bank business development team members
Qualification
Required
5+ years in banking customer service
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general PC knowledge
Exceptional customer service and attention to detail
Preferred
2+ years in treasury management preferred
