Responsibilities

Lead the design, delivery and execution of SAP FSM projects for customers, using best practices, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery and customer satisfaction
Participate in presales activities with customers to support potential SAP opportunities. Provide input into creating detailed Statements of Work
Lead workshops as the subject matter expert for Field Service Management-specific business processes
Configure SAP FSM including Planning & Dispatching, Smartforms, Workflow, Mobile App, Crowd Service, Checklists, and Analytics
Advise customers in best practices in Field Service, including scheduling optimization, mobile operations, SLAs, and technician enablement
Perform Functional Unit Testing for developed FRICEW objects and work with onshore and offshore developers to resolve defects
Deliver user training, solution demos, and change management support
Create solution documentation, functional specs, process maps, and configuration guides

Required

Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP Field Service Management or equivalent mobile/field service solutions
Strong knowledge of SAP FSM modules and components: Planning & Dispatching, Smartforms, Mobile, Workflow, Analytics, and Master Data
Deep understanding of Field Service business processes (work order lifecycle, dispatching, asset management, service contracts, time entry)
Strong planning, management, problem solving, and leadership ability
Technical knowledge of REST APIs, OData, BTP Integration Suite, or CPI
Background in EAM-intensive industries (utilities, oil & gas, manufacturing, transportation, public sector)

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in technical area preferred
Experience with SAP Service and Asset Manager (SSAM) is a plus
