Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for all desktop support needs across Mac and Windows devices
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues quickly and effectively
Manage device onboarding, provisioning, and deprovisioning processes through MDM (e.g., JumpCloud)
Maintain compliance with IT security standards — including patching, endpoint protection, and asset tracking
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for escalations and system improvements
Document and continuously improve support processes to enhance efficiency and user satisfaction
Qualification
Required
3+ years of hands-on IT support experience, preferably in a SaaS or startup environment
Strong knowledge of macOS and Windows troubleshooting, Google Workspace, Jira, Okta, and MDM systems
Excellent communication and customer service skills; able to support a remote, fast-paced team
Preferred
Familiarity with ISO 27001 or SOC 2 compliance requirements is a plus
