Responsibilities
Receive and process vendor invoices following proper policies and procedures
Match purchase orders, receipts, and invoices for accuracy
Ensure timely payment to vendors
Assist with credit card reconciliation
Manage employees' expense reports
Reconcile vendor accounts by reviewing monthly statements and related transactions
Maintain proper filing systems
Record financial transactions to ensure they are accurate and comply with company policies and accounting standards
Assist with collections and follow up on overdue balances
Record customer payments and apply them to accounts
Assist with audit requests
Prepare 1099s for year-end
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable Invoice processing
2+ years of experience in a fixed asset, manufacturing, or distribution environment
Proficiency in pivot tables or VLOOKUPs
Experience with AP Accruals and AP reconciliations
Preferred
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV
Familiarity with month-end processes
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
