Human Resources Coordinator - People Analytics
Confidential company is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator with a focus on People Analytics. This role supports HR initiatives related to new store openings and talent projects while ensuring smooth execution of processes and logistics in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Manage HR timelines and deliverables for new store openings; track milestones, send follow-ups, and escalate risks
Coordinate tools and materials needed for HR opening processes (marketing materials, team member events, posters, etc.)
Support talent and development projects by tracking progress, participation, and feedback
Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and ensure alignment with HR and business priorities
Plan and coordinate logistics for internal and external events, including venues, vendors, catering, A/V, agendas, and speakers
Monitor execution and evaluate outcomes for continuous improvement
Support additional corporate HR and CMI initiatives as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
3+ years of experience in HR or related roles
Experience working in fast-paced, project-driven environments
Strong understanding of HR data and analysis
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time
Preferred
Bilingual Spanish preferred
