As an Associate Engineer, you will assist in designing commercial and residential land development projects, coordinating design efforts, and performing project code research and analyses under the guidance of experienced professionals.

Responsibilities
Lead design on each phase of the project (typical; Preliminary Grading, Preliminary Utility Layout, Final Grading, Final Utility Plan and Profiles, Construction Documents and Construction Phase services) to deliver a set of contract documents that will be used for permits and construction
Provide AutoCAD support for the preparation of projects documents
Provide design calculations for drainage, utility, Stormwater management, reports, and analysis
Assist the Project Manager or Project Engineer with construction services (site visits, review shop drawings, etc.)
Perform project code searches and analysis for each project
Provide assistance for submittals for jurisdiction agencies
Communicate with clients, contractors, consultants, and team members
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience within the Civil Engineering field
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering required
Strong computer and written and verbal communication skills are essential
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Preferred
A minimum of two year of experience in the use of AutoCAD, Microsoft Word and Excel is preferred
2-5 years of land/site development experience strongly preferred
Strong AutoCAD and Civil3D skills preferred
