Responsibilities
Supervise and review work of tax staff
Review federal and multi-state tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, trusts, and related entities
Manage tax planning, compliance timelines, and quarterly estimates
Prepare and review tax workpapers and projections
Coordinate with external tax advisors and respond to tax notices
Support estate planning and special projects as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
7+ years of tax experience, ideally in a family office or similar environment
Strong technical knowledge of partnership, individual, and trust taxation
Experience with quarterly/annual projections, payroll tax, W-2 and 1099 filings
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
Preferred
CPA or MS in Tax preferred
ProSystem Fx Tax and BNA Income Tax Planner
Spectra for Windows experience a plus
