This role supports the Appellate & Constitutional Law team on complex, high-impact matters by preparing and finalizing appellate briefs and managing electronic filings.

Responsibilities
Prepare, review, and finalize appellate briefs, motions, and petitions
Conduct cite checking, Bluebooking, proofreading, and record preparation
Manage electronic filing in Texas appellate courts, federal appellate courts, and the U.S. Supreme Court
Support attorneys in oral argument preparation
Coordinate deadlines and ensure compliance with court rules
Qualification
Required
10+ years of appellate litigation experience
Strong command of Bluebook citation standards
Experience with commercial litigation, oil & gas, and corporate disputes
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe, iManage, and research platforms (Lexis, Westlaw, PACER)
Preferred
Texas appellate background strongly preferred
AM Law experience strongly preferred
