Responsibilities

Guide the candidates through the pre-hire process, i.e., application, offer, background, assessment, etc
Train new AEs on Pennymac products, process and all other aspects of the TPO offering and value proposition
Train new AEs on TPO and other Pennymac systems; how to optimize structure of day, best practices, time and motion, and system multitasking
Train new AEs around successful engagement with TPO partners to attain a high activation rate and achieve lock targets with assigned accounts
Train new AEs on all tools, resources, policies and procedures required to perform job functions
Perform other related duties as required and assigned
Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization’s desired culture and values

Required

2+ years of residential real estate lending or sales management experience
Requires intimate knowledge of competitors and talent pools in the greater Dallas area
Working knowledge of conforming, non-conforming, FHA and jumbo guidelines
Working knowledge of mortgage loan origination processes and practices
Proficient in Google and Microsoft Office suite of programs
Tech savvy, and comfortable with and effective in using technology for virtual meetings, training, and communication
