Software Verification Engineer II

Responsibilities
Test software prototypes that support cardiac electrophysiology workflows through hands on and emulated testing
Create and run testing scripts to analyze software performance
Create testing scripts and emulators to automate and make team testing more efficient
Collaborate with team members to design and document test workflows
Qualification
Required
Computer Science Experience
Python
Linux based systems
Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
Test software prototypes that support cardiac electrophysiology workflows through hands on and emulated testing
Create and run testing scripts to analyze software performance
Create testing scripts and emulators to automate and make team testing more efficient
Collaborate with team members to design and document test workflows
Be innovative, resourceful, and work with minimal direction
Have excellent organization, problem solving, communication, and team leadership skills
Have ability to multitask, prioritize their work and make data driven decisions
Work effectively with cross-functional teams
Preferred
Computer Engineering or Computer Science
0-2+ years of experience in related job/field
Experience coding with Python, C++, or equivalent
Experience with Linux based environments
Experience with Matlab and Excel for processing/displaying data
Experience with Pandas & NumPy for processing data nice to have
Experience with testing software/hardware systems preferred
Medical Device Company experience preferred
Ability to work with cross-functional team and interact with customers
Some knowledge of cardiac anatomy/physiology preferred
