Responsibilities

Drive the annual and quarterly strategic planning (OKRs), lead high-priority cross-functional projects, and track progress against key business initiatives while resolving roadblocks
Design and manage the agendas and follow-ups for leadership meetings, all-hands, and offsites, and serve as a proxy for the VP in key meetings
Oversee headcount planning, allocation, hiring, and streamline communication and reporting processes
Drive the adoption of product management best practices, implement a consistent product development framework, and ensure teams maintain customer-facing roadmaps
Prepare review materials (e.g., QBRs and product deep dives), draft high-quality internal/external communications, and act as a central point of contact to facilitate decision-making and strategic alignment with partners across engineering, product, sales, and marketing teams

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
15 years of experience in management consulting, product management and strategy, or analytics in a technology company
Experience working with and analyzing data, and managing multiple cross-functional programs or projects

Preferred

Master's degree, PhD, or equivalent practical experience
Experience with R, SQL, spreadsheets, or similar analytics tools
Experience working with product and engineering teams
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
