IT Coordinator
The Kennedy Collective is a mission-driven nonprofit supporting people with disabilities across Connecticut for more than 75 years. As an IT Coordinator, you will be the front line of tech support, helping staff solve problems and feel confident using technology while providing customer service-driven support. This role involves troubleshooting issues, installing and supporting IT equipment, and traveling to community locations for hands-on assistance.

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for IT help desk requests
Provide friendly, patient tech support to staff at all levels
Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and connectivity issues
Install and support computers, printers, and mobile devices
Document issues and escalate when needed
Create and maintain user guides and support documentation (AI tools encouraged)
Travel to community sites to provide hands-on support
Qualification
Required
High school diploma required (IT certification a plus)
Customer service experience required
Basic IT troubleshooting skills or strong willingness to learn
Clear communication and strong teamwork skills
Valid driver's license & reliable vehicle (required)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varied environments
