Responsibilities
Working with project teams to provide technical and project management leadership on large, fast-paced utility construction projects
Estimating, developing, planning, coordinating and fulfilling all technical requirements related to assigned proposals and projects
Coordinate all proposal and project communication interdepartmentally, with the project owner when appropriate, while representing the company in day-to-day project tasks and activities
Qualification
Required
Five years of office and field management or technical services experience related to distribution/transmission utility electrical construction, including experience in mid-level management
Two years of experience as a lead estimator and project manager on distribution/transmission utility projects
Background in transmission, distribution and substation estimating and construction is also beneficial for this position
Expertise in project management, including scheduling, cost estimating, coordination, and quality control
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Industrial Technology, or Construction Management or equivalent work experience
Proficiency in MS Office
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Willingness to work outside and travel as required
Candidates must reside within a reasonable driving distance from the office or be willing to relocate
Preferred
Microsoft Project and Primavera skills are beneficial
