Responsibilities
Assume responsibility for the efficient, effective, and accurate performance of Card Service Duties
Work with members and staff regarding ATM/Debit/Credit Card issues, work with FiServ, FiServ EFT, and Fiserv Managed Services, card disputes, exceptions, and debit/credit card fraud
Ensure Card Service functions are efficiently, effectively, and accurately performed in accordance with established policies, standards, and security procedures
Cross sell Credit Union products and services at every opportunity
Maintain good business relations with members. Courteously and promptly assist member needs
Maintain positive and professional relationships with staff and management
Follow all Credit Union policies, procedures and regulations
Represent the Credit Union in a professional manner (including but not limited to appearance, behavior and performance)
Maintain regular and predictable attendance
Work cooperatively with others
All other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Individual must possess the knowledge skills and ability
Preferred
Financial industry experience strongly preferred
