Enter subcontractor, parts, and expense invoices into Global Edge software program
Reconcile and balance vendor accounts
Prepares checks to be mailed
Monitor and manage all vendor accounts, ensuring timely payments
Provide management with regular reporting regarding the health of the vendor portfolio
Contact vendors when necessary to resolve any statement discrepancies
Perform other duties as needed
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
3 years of Accounts Payable experience
Must have good mathematical skills and reasoning ability
Strong verbal and written communication skills
High degree of independence and ability to take initiative
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
Ability to comprehend and manage processes that track customer records
Ability to maintain all information in a highly confidential and organized manner
Preferred
Experience using Global Edge (by Davisware)
