Sales Executive

Responsibilities
Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends
Analyze data to develop insights that inform strategic business decisions
Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve company objectives
Collaborate with the executive team to align business development goals with overall company strategy
Identify and engage with potential clients, building and maintaining strong relationships
Lead the development of proposals and presentations for client pitches
Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive business development efforts
Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of business strategies
Provide feedback to enhance products/services based on client needs and market demands
Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to represent the company and identify new business opportunities
Build and maintain a strong professional network within the industry
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA a plus)
5+ years of experience in sales or business development
Strong CRM proficiency and data‑driven sales approach
Strong understanding of the retail market and its dynamics
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to travel 50-60%
