Responsibilities
Manage daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, and inventory control to ensure accuracy and efficiency
Lead and develop the warehouse team, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement
Utilize SAP software to track inventory levels, process orders, and generate reports for management review
Coordinate with procurement and production departments to forecast material needs and prevent stockouts or overstock situations
Implement and enforce warehouse policies and procedures to comply with safety regulations and company standards
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in warehouse management or material handling within a manufacturing or distribution environment
Proficiency in SAP or similar enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems for inventory and order management
Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing a team
Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes and inventory control best practices
Ability to analyze data and generate reports to support operational decision-making
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
Certification in warehouse management or logistics (e.g., APICS, CSCMP)
Experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies to improve warehouse processes
Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety compliance standards
Previous experience managing budgets and vendor relationships
