Responsibilities
Drive account expansion within our existing customer base
Maintain executive sponsorship and understand the unique business needs of our customers
Develop comprehensive account plans and strategies
Foster strong relationships and work closely with Customer Value Managers (CVMs) and other customer-facing teams
Identify, pitch, and close cross-sell opportunities to drive growth within assigned accounts
Ensure Coupa remains a trusted partner and delivers exceptional value to clients
Contribute to overall growth trajectory and help solidify Coupa's position as a leader in the industry
Qualification
Required
Experience in account management
Ability to drive account expansion within existing customer base
Strong relationship-building skills
Understanding of unique business needs of customers
Ability to develop comprehensive account plans and strategies
Experience in identifying, pitching, and closing cross-sell opportunities
Collaboration with Customer Value Managers (CVMs) and other customer-facing teams
Expertise in understanding customers' evolving requirements
