Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for residents and guests, delivering warm, professional, and anticipatory service
Coordinate front desk operations, including correspondence, package management, vendor access, and amenity reservations
Provide personalized assistance and local recommendations
Maintain an elegant, organized, and inviting lobby and amenity environment
Build relationships with residents to anticipate needs and enhance satisfaction
Assist the Concierge & Events Coordinator with designing and executing elevated resident events that foster community connection and reflect the property’s brand
Assist the Concierge & Events Coordinator with developing and managing an annual event calendar aligned with resident demographics, community culture, and budget
Cultivate partnerships with premium local businesses, artisans, and vendors to deliver distinctive experiences
Assist the Concierge & Events Coordinator with managing event logistics including budgeting, vendor coordination, setup, execution, and post-event evaluation
Gather and analyze resident feedback to continually refine programming
Curate and manage the property’s social media presence to authentically showcase community lifestyle and events
Develop cohesive content strategies aligned with brand tone and visual identity
Capture and produce visually engaging photography and short-form videos highlighting resident experiences
Track analytics to optimize engagement and brand awareness
Collaborate with marketing and leasing teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment
Maintain communication channels through resident portals
Support management with resident relations initiatives and retention programs
Manage budgets, invoices, and expense reports accurately and confidentially
Uphold brand standards and operational excellence across all resident-facing initiatives

Required

Minimum of 2 years in hospitality, luxury property management, or event planning

Preferred

Bachelor's degree preferred in Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
