Supporting operations on departmental Key Performance Indicators
Troubleshooting/Supporting production issues at slurry preparations and coating operations
Managing various data system
Owning Precious Metal control and variance investigations
Managing special projects related to safety, productivity, 5s, lean manufacturing, visual management
Qualification
Required
College Sophomores and Juniors receiving a bachelor's in Chemical, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
Demonstrated academic achievement (minimum GPA 3.0)
Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or future sponsorship
Leadership potential
Microsoft Office
Active participation in extra-curricular activities and on-campus organizations
Outstanding work ethic
Preferred
Previous internship/co-op experience is a plus
