The role involves performing reconciliations, correcting SAP issues, and collaborating with Finance and IT teams to enhance systems and processes.

Responsibilities
Perform high-volume reconciliations, including review of historical sales orders, AR/billings, and postings to resolve discrepancies affecting revenue, AR, and month-end close
Identify and correct SAP issues related to manufacturing workflows
Partner with Finance to validate corrections and assess financial impacts across cost centers, profitability segments, and revenue recognition
Collaborate with IT to support enhancements, including UAT and testing for O2C and manufacturing-related system changes
Track reconciliation progress, communicate findings, and recommend process improvements to reduce systemic errors
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
Strong technical understanding of the O2C cycle within a manufacturing or distribution environment
Hands-on SAP experience (finance, O2C, and/or manufacturing modules)
Strong analytical skills and ability to partner cross-functionally with IT and Finance teams
Experience with reconciliation, data remediation, or financial cleanup projects
