The People and Performance Intern will support the Talent Acquisition team with recruiting operations, contribute to employee experience initiatives, and collaborate on people-related projects while gaining valuable insights through data analysis.

Responsibilities
Support the Talent Acquisition team with day-to-day recruiting operations, including interview scheduling, candidate on-site facilitation and sourcing
Contribute to developing tools, resources, and programs that enhance the employee experience and drive organizational success
Collaborate with teams across CLEAR to assist in executing impactful people-related projects
Analyze data and create reports to provide insights that inform strategic decision-making
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled full-time as a student pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, graduating between Spring 2026 and Spring 2027
Passionate about helping people and organizations thrive

Adept at balancing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines with a detail-oriented mindset
