Tesla is looking for an experienced Content Producer to join their Megafactory team. The role focuses on developing high-quality training content and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance internal resources and improve training objectives.

Responsibilities

Develop high quality, engaging audio/visual training content on a wide variety of subjects in concert with factory SMEs and is able to track record of content impact and results on everyday Megafactory operations
Communicate business impact of produced content to senior-level executives and work holistically across functions to drive a unified voice and amplify and align key messages and content
Manage all aspects of production from script writing, scheduling shooting, editing, and motion graphics. Create a wide variety of digital content, including animation, photography, and more
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Subject Matter Experts, engineers, technicians, product managers, and content developers to define training objectives, gather video resources, and transform complex technical information into clear, engaging content
Work on the production floor to gather active operations video and photos along with maintaining and updating existing content and work with various parts of the Manufacturing training teams to manage content storage and identify tracking measures-of-success
Manage tasks and information flow using collaboration software (such as JIRA, SharePoint, Confluence, and custom databases)
Builder mentally with a bias for learning, eager to explore new tools, techniques and workflows

Required

Able to lift 40 lbs., walk 5-10 miles per day, and climb multiple flights of stairs
Degree in Video Editing and Video Production, or equivalent experience
Professional experience and expertise in camera systems (RED, Sony, Canon, DJI etc..) and technical settings (RAW / Log, ISO, Frame Rates)
Proficient in post-production software and workflows (Adobe Creative Suite apps including Premier, Photoshop, Lightroom and After Effects)
Color grading and graphic design experience is a plus
Organize and prioritize work meeting critical time deadlines
Proofread work and produce accurate finished copy
Maintain accurate logs, records, and files of work performed
Knowledge of methods, techniques, resources, and materials used in video editing
Understanding of and commitment to Tesla's teaching, mission, and philosophy
Innovative, flexible, positive teaching style
Understanding the needs of students from diverse backgrounds
Demonstrated ability to work effectively across cross functional teams with diverse technical and experience levels
Skilled in analytical problem-solving
Proficient with video, audio, image editing tools, and other technology platforms
Comfortable navigating multiple projects within tight timelines
Always seeking opportunities for improvement
