Responsibilities
Support the implementation of a Contract-to-Cash (C2C) solution, with final system selection to be determined
Lead the upgrade and optimization of an expense management platform, transitioning from a basic configuration to a more scalable, enterprise-ready setup
Support Sales Tax implementation, partnering with third-party compliance providers
Assist with the selection and implementation of a sales commission management tool
Support CRM implementation efforts by:
Partnering closely with Revenue Operations (primary system owner)
Acting as a supporting systems resource for configuration, testing, integrations, and ongoing enhancements
Support the implementation of a financial planning and analysis (FP&A) platform, working closely with Finance to ensure accurate modeling, reporting, and reliable data flows
Qualification
Required
Support the implementation of a Contract-to-Cash (C2C) solution
