Responsibilities

Controls receipt of Closing Packages from Closing Agents and/or Brokers

Determines whether all critical loan documents have been received and are duly signed

Separates original documents needed for Legal files and prepares file

Maintain the imaged/scanned files up to date and scan all new loan files

Maintains the safekeeping of original documents in Fireproof cabinets

Verifies that each new loan account has a credit and collateral file on Synergy

Separates documents needed for DMI Quality Control, make necessary copies of same

Separates original documents needed for Legal files and prepares file

Maintains original documents in Fireproof cabinets

Coordinate setup of New Loan ACH payments with DMI

Distribute monthend remittance reports to investors

Prepare the reconciliations regarding the daily General Ledgers the Loans-in-process General Ledger Accounts

Assists with verification and quality control reviews as assigned by the department supervisor
