Responsibilities
Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to deliver technical product demonstrations and customized walkthroughs
Lead technical discovery sessions to assess client needs and define solution architecture
Design and execute POCs, ensuring prospects see the value of Subject7’s no-code test automation platform
Serve as a product expert and communicate technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders
Work cross-functionally with Engineering and Product teams to escalate and resolve issues raised during the pre-sales cycle
Assist in creating technical documentation, demo environments, and solution briefs
Stay current on platform updates, competitive offerings, and industry trends
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or Technical Consultant role, ideally in a SaaS or DevOps environment
Strong understanding of software development and testing lifecycle (SDLC/STLC)
Familiarity with test automation tools, frameworks, or CI/CD platforms
Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and communicate effectively with diverse audiences
Experience delivering virtual or in-person product demos
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent collaboration, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Preferred
Background in test automation, QA, or DevOps
Familiarity with Subject7 or similar no-code/low-code automation platforms
Experience with tools such as Jira, Salesforce, or Confluence
Understanding of APIs, cloud environments (AWS, Azure), and security protocols in enterprise SaaS deployments
