Responsibilities

Enter daily fuel and traffic into the department’s files to ensure accurate recordkeeping and reporting
Review depot self-audits to ensure compliance with internal standards and procedures
Maintain organized filing systems for the Division
Perform data entry and prepare reports using Microsoft Excel and other office applications
Compile, analyze, and submit daily and weekly division-wide reports for executive review, ensuring data accuracy and resource optimization
Assist with special projects and additional assignments as needed, gaining hands-on experience in transit operations, workforce support, and departmental processes. assignments as needed
Generate and analyze daily morning and weekly reports to support budget compliance, Bus Operations, performance tracking and service delivery goals
Sort, organize, and maintain Bus Files to ensure accurate, compliant, and accessible records
Provide general administrative support to the Division office including data entry, document management, and internal communications

Required

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or comparable PC applications is a must
The candidate should possess organizational, presentation, time-management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
The candidate should have a keen eye for detail and be able to work independently while being an active team player
The candidate should be able to maintain and protect confidentiality
Project Management, Research Skills, and Adherence to deadlines
Matriculated in an undergraduate program in good standing with at least a 2.5 GPA or a graduate program in good standing with at least 2.8 GPA
Major(s) Preferred: Accounting, liberal arts, business, social science, or related major
