Responsibilities
Conduct a comprehensive, external review of Workday security roles and domain assignments
Identify nonstandard configurations, blended roles, and potential security risks or inefficiencies
Evaluate alignment with Workday security best practices and organizational needs
Provide a detailed, objective assessment with clear, actionable recommendations for improvement
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to clarify findings and proposed remediation approaches
Support follow-on security work or enhancements as needed after the initial assessment
Qualification
Required
Strong hands-on experience with Workday security roles, domains, and user-based security configuration
Proven ability to assess complex or customized security models
Experience delivering security assessments and executive-ready recommendations
Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills
Preferred
Workday-certified consultant with demonstrated expertise in Workday Security
Prior experience supporting security assessments in regulated or enterprise environments
Familiarity with Workday security governance and audit readiness
Ability to operate independently while partnering effectively with internal teams
