Oversee client accounts
Ensuring the seamless delivery of HR and employee benefit solutions
Fostering positive client relationships
Developing and implementing HR policies
Managing employee relations
Providing outstanding customer service
Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
Handling day-to-day account management tasks
Problem-solving
Strategic planning to meet client needs
Qualification
Required
Strong experience in Human Resources (HR) and development of HR Policies
Proven expertise in Account Management and fostering client relationships
Proficiency in Employee Relations and conflict resolution
Excellent Customer Service skills and a client-focused mindset
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus
