Human Resources Assistant - Receptionist
LifeScape is an organization dedicated to empowering people to live their best life. They are seeking a Human Resources Assistant / Receptionist who will provide receptionist support and assist with various human resources duties to ensure smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities
Operates computerized telephone system to relay incoming, outgoing, and internal calls
Greets and directs employees and visitors to appropriate locations and deliveries
Signals emergency codes as necessary, gives all clear as indicated in Emergency Manual
Distributes mail for Western Ave location
Completes electronic filing for employee/ personnel records
Monitors and orders office supplies as needed
Assist in managing Reward and Recognition events
Updates committee maintenance request
Completes purchase requisitions and credit card reconciliations
Updates employees’ driver’s license records and other personnel records as needed
Completes exit checklists and updates resignations in UKG
Posts Human Resources (HR) events on the LifeScape Link such as Sunshine requests (example: ordering plants for funerals)
Assists with new hire paperwork
Distributes HR inbox emails and faxes
Completes other duties as assigned
OIG Annual Filing
Referral Gift Management
Files appropriate personnel or applicant documents
Files wage adjustments letters
Day Service Audits
Qualification
Required
A High school diploma/GED is required
Preferred
One to two years of experience performing clerical/receptionist work preferred, or a combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge
