Responsibilities

Promote the company's water and wastewater treatment services, consumables, and parts to drive sales growth
Diversify and expand the existing client base by attending conferences, conducting lunch-and-learn sessions (technical presentations), and holding client meetings
Travel to project sites for pre-tender evaluations based on specific project requirements
Collaborate closely with H2O Innovation’s support network, including equipment representatives, engineers, technicians, vendors, and suppliers
Achieve annual sales objectives aligned with H2O Innovation’s overall business plan

Qualification

Sales experienceWater treatment knowledgeTechnical presentationsDegree in technical fieldTechnical problem-solvingCommunication skillsSelf-starterStrategic thinker

Required

Degree in relevant technical field (ex: Environmental, etc.)
Knowledge of membrane treatment systems, including: Membrane Bioreactors (MBR), Reverse Osmosis (RO), Ultrafiltration (UF), Microfiltration (MF), Nanofiltration (NF)
Experience in sales and/or engineering in the water & wastewater treatment sector
Relevant sales experience in the U.S. or Canada
Willingness to travel approximately 40-60% of the time, depending on home location
Strong presentation & communication skills
Ability to work autonomously & be a self-starter
Strategic thinker with technical problem-solving abilities
