Executive Director - The Park at Surprise
Koelsch Communities is a family-owned organization operating nearly 40 communities across eight states, seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate leader for The Park at Surprise. The Executive Director will oversee community staff and day-to-day operations, ensuring quality management and positive relationships with residents and their families.

Responsibilities
Oversee community staff and day-to-day operations; Actively manage multiple departments in a professional setting with organizational and management success
Hire and supervise employees, ensuring adequate staff of quality associates
Build positive relationships with residents of the community, their families, and staff members
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
A minimum of two years of related leadership experience is required or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Must have a valid administrator license in states where required
Must be able to pass a criminal background check, pass a drug screening, and abide by our Drug-Free Workplace policy
Must have ability to gain CPR/ First-Aid certification as needed in accordance with company policy and applicable state rules and regulations
Preferred
Experience in the senior housing industry
